Eoin Machlan was born in 2000 in Princeton, New Jersey. He got his BFA in illustration from Maryland Institute College or Art in 2022. His work has been featured in Rookie Magazine, and he has been individually employed for illustration work by Obie-Award winning playwright Rajiv Joseph and Mission Tae-Kwon-Do studio in Redhook, Brooklyn. His illustrations focus on movement with line elements and his work explores interpersonal connection versus isolation. As a trans and neurodiverse person, he loves working with other queer artists in the community to make the world feel less lonely and hostile for younger generations. He currently lives and works in Baltimore, Maryland.
