Andrew Kozma’s fiction has been published in Escape Pod, Reckoning, Daily Science Fiction, and Analog, while his poems have appeared in Blackbird, The Believer, Redactions, and Bennington Review. His first book of poems, City of Regret (Zone 3 Press, 2007), won the Zone 3 First Book Award.
Having lived in Houston since 2002, Andrew is now unavoidably a Texan. There he teaches, works at a museum, and writes stories that are always a bit horrific no matter their actual genre. He’s kept company by a sweet, black cat he’s raised since before its eyes opened and that has developed a taste for human flesh and so might, in fact, be a zombie.
